Wallet Linking
Tie multiple wallets into a single Wallet Chain so all your holdings are treated as one identity.
Most people have more than one wallet. Wallet Linking ties them together into a single Wallet Chain so TheyOwnIt aggregates all your holdings when checking token gating rules, PFP verification, and community access.
Go to the Connections page.
Click Link Wallet.
You’ll see your currently connected wallet (Wallet A).
Switch to a different wallet in MetaMask (or your wallet app) — this becomes Wallet B.
Sign with Wallet B, then sign again with Wallet A.
Both wallets are now linked. Each wallet signs an EIP-712 typed data message to cryptographically prove you own both.
Use this when your wallets are on different devices or in different browsers.
Go to the Connections page and click External Link.
A QR code and shareable link appear on your screen.
Scan the QR code or open the link on your other device.
Connect your wallet and sign the message on the other device.
Return to the original device to confirm.
QR linking sessions expire after 15 minutes. If the code expires, generate a new one.
View all linked wallets on the Connections page under Wallet Chain.
Each wallet shows its role: Session (currently connected) or Connected (linked).
You can unlink any wallet at any time.
Per-wallet stats show how many social accounts, PFPs, and communities are associated.
Aggregated Balances
When checking token balances for role eligibility, TheyOwnIt adds up holdings across all wallets in the chain. If you need 5 NFTs for a role and have 3 in one wallet and 2 in another, you qualify.
